This is an exciting opportunity with a leading global law firm. As Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of strategic clients , overseeing day-to-day client relationship activities globally. This role entails proactive engagement with clients, lead generation, strategic pitch support, financial analysis, client feedback management, and organising targeted client events. With a relentless focus on client satisfaction, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the firm's global strategic client programme.


Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with your clients, develop annual client plans, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with commercial terms.
  • Lead Generation: Identify revenue-generating opportunities, build relationships, and leverage cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Strategic Pitches: Manage panel RFPs, pricing agreements, and global pitches in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Client Feedback: Conduct regular feedback reviews and ensure timely actions are taken to address client concerns.
  • Research & Intelligence: Analyse client businesses and market sectors, identify revenue opportunities, and disseminate key developments to client teams.
  • Client Events & Inclusion: Organise client events aligned with strategic objectives, collaborate with internal teams, and support client inclusion initiatives.
  • Best Practice: Share experiences, contribute to strategic projects, and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices.


Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent client relationship management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong strategic account planning and RFP management skills.
  • Global perspective with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented work style.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to add value in fast-paced environments.
