*Salary: Hourly rates:*

· Weekday hourly rate - £12.10

· Weekend hourly rate - £13.10

· Bank Holiday - enhanced rate

*Shifts: * Ideal candidate would be available to work 7a-2pm and/or evenings (2pm or 4pm start) and every other weekend.

*The Position:*
We’re looking for individuals who wish to start or continue a rewarding career in Social Care. Working in the community, you will assist Service Users with various tasks. This includes light domestic duties, personal care, companionship and meal preparation whilst encouraging their independence. As part of your employment, we provide a full induction which is free of charge. You do not need previous experience. What you need is a passion to care for others, a willingness to learn along with a calm and trustworthy nature.

*The Location:*

Our Service Users live in the community within Bath & Keynsham so a car and UK driving licence is necessary for this role.

Wayahead Care has been established since 1994 and is celebrating its 30th Year providing care to the community. Wayahead have offices in Taunton and Bath, by working alongside local authorities we have built a strong reputation in both areas.

In Bath and Keynsham we offer community care and live-in care services. Today the whole company employs over 200 staff, who we continually invest in training and development to enable personal growth and quality care delivery. We also have care and office staff who have been with us for over 5-10+ years, which means people want to stay with us.
