Principal Manufacturing Engineer – SSNA Infrastructure

What you’ll be doing:
· Establishing and owning all requirements for a new production line operating model for existing and new facilities
· Deploying new industrial capabilities and technologies
· Underpinning business cases for operations improvements
· Managing relationships with facility owners and Contractors, Networking/interfacing cross function
· Becoming future subject matter experts for areas throughout the new business
Your skills and experiences:
· HNC with extensive Engineering/Operations experience OR Appropriate degree with some Operations experience
· Experience of Engineering oversight to major projects, oversight of facility configuration and management of system/facility health
· People management and networking experience
· Experience in facility and site management/process mapping

The Build & Test (SSNA Infrastructure) team:
Reporting to the Infrastructure management team you will be proactive in leading the delivery of highly complex, cross discipline projects. You will utilise your extensive knowledge and experience to guarantee delivery of Infrastructure outputs into Operations that ensure strategic objectives are realised. The role holder will understand functional and business requirements to assist in delivery of projects. You will take on resource management tasks in support your objectives and use your relationship management skills to balance the demands from Infrastructure Operations and the wider Programme.
