Digital Marketing Executive

Lead, develop and operate the technical digital marketing infrastructure, innovation and performance, measurement and reporting, for inbound and outbound channels.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Digital team to implement engaging digital marketing plans across social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Coordinating online on-brand content with a keen focus on SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
  • Create strategies to grow the subscriber base and web traffic metrics
  • Understand customer journey and continuously strive to Improve the user experience on the website driving increased conversion.
  • Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for digital platforms including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • monitor competitor activity and provide resulting recommendations to improve website content, merchandising and outbound digital marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives for specific campaigns, events, or promotions as required - including landing pages, monitoring success and adopting strategies to improve efficiency and return on investment.
  • Working with and managing digital agencies


Experience


  • Experience in a technical digital marketing role essential
  • Proactive and results (data) orientated with a continuous improvement mindset and drive
  • Customer-focused - a desire to improve experiences for customers
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing channels and relevant metrics
  • Understanding of marketing technology interactions and integrations
  • Strong data management and analysis skills
  • In-depth SEO knowledge and skills
  • Excellent marketing automation platform operation skills (Hubspot experience an advantage)
  • Multiple projects management capability and good time management
  • Salesforce CRM experience an advantage
  • Good influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Building and operating metrics reports
