Finatal are on a search for a FP&A Manager to join a highly profitable Private Equity backed FMCG business. The opportunity has arisen due to the continued growth; therefore, they need a dynamic FP&A analyst to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth.
Due to the impressive growth, you would be an integral part of the finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to work in a fast-paced Private Equity environment and be a key growth driver in an exciting and market-leading business.
You would be an integral part of the slim finance function, with significant responsibility. You would work closely with senior stakeholders and report to a fantastic FP&A director, which provides unparalleled opportunities for mentorship and development.
The Role:
- Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts and budgets – focused on people cost analysis and business performance analysis
- Assist and present financial reports and board presentations.
- KPI reporting
- Play a crucial role in the budgeting and forecasting processes regarding new sites and potential M&A activity
- Support the finance team in the compilation of month end and year end reporting
The requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- At least 2-3 years in industry
