Overview:

The new system will be used by more than 20,000 employees daily, is foundational to all entities and is central to most core business processes. This is a once in a generation programme for and will shape our ways of working globally for many years to come.


We are aiming to deliver a world class change and training programme that leaves all employees with a fuller understanding of their role in the end-to-end nature of our global company. This programme will provide with a competitive edge, to the benefit of our employees, customers and patients.



  • Additional:
  • Experience (10 years+) in large scale S4 Hana implementations
  • Understand the full training development lifecycle.
  • Delivering S/4HANA ('train-the-trainer') training session for project members, travel required.
  • Develop training content for S4 Hana and applicable plugin applications.
  • Experience in DAP( Digital Adoption Platform) solutions and best practice
  • Pharma experience essential
  • Knowledge on training tools and integration of AI with current learning principle
  • Knowledge on at least 2 of these areas below:
  • Network & Supply Chain Planning: N&SP
  • Procurement and Material Management (incl. Indirect and Purchase to Pay): P&MM
  • Production to Dispatch Door: P2DD
  • Order and Distribution to Cash: OD2C
  • Record to Report (incl. Tax and Treasury): R2R
  • Enterprise Planning & Management Reporting: EP&MR
  • Integrated Clinical Supply Management: ICSM
