Green Recruitment is partnering with a leading Renewable Energy Developer. They are looking for an Investment Analyst / Associate to join their team in London.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, create and analyse financial models to evaluate potential corporate development initiatives
  • Employ “Project Finance” grade cash flow modelling techniques
  • Assist/lead in the process of evaluation of new investment opportunities from origination to full execution
  • Develop and update Power Point presentations supporting the project development process, investment decision making process
  • Be involved in the due diligence processes
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts


Experience:

  • Experience working in renewable energy corporate finance and/or business development roles as part of an investment fund, advisory firm or renewable energy IPP or Utility
  • Excellent financial modelling skills within renewable energy
  • Experience in the negotiation of project financing, M&A transactions, power purchase agreements and/or EPC contracts
