Hybrid (working from client's office in Wakefield twice a week)
Our client, a leading retailer of greeting cards and gifts in the UK, are seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company who are implementing and delivering multiple projects and programmes across the organisation.
The role will involve gathering requirements at the post build stage and working around the data warehousing piece. This will involve engaging with stakeholders and having difficult conversations to assess priorities. The final piece is around network transformation, i.e., doing the due diligence & understanding the impact around future dependencies. Experience working with finance and supply chain stakeholders, and SAP knowledge is essential.
They are looking for an individual who is proactive, resilient and is able to engage with senior stakeholders across various levels of the organisation. You will have experience in complex transformation environments and have previously worked in a similar business analyst role.
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working on a SAP implementation is essential.
- Essential that you have worked in a Retail/FMCG/Pharma or a similar fast paced sector.
- Ability to challenge business stakeholders to maximise value and payback; identifying, mapping, documenting and tracking the objectives, enablers, changes and benefits.
- Understanding of supply chain transformation and business needs.
- Experience working in both agile and waterfall environment.
- Experience working on IT transformation programmes is essential.
