BICI London正在寻找在上述重点领域有经验的技术专业人士/工程师加入我们才华横溢的团队。目标是识别并孵化真正市场需求的技术，管理现有投资组合项目，并加速商业化进程。
岗位职责：
- 分析市场需求和技术趋势，寻找机会，在重点领域启动合作项目；
- 进行市场和技术尽职调查，准备详尽的报告；
- 与项目团队定期沟通，准备月度项目报告，并进行节点检查；
- 与英国、美国和国际团队以及外部合作伙伴（包括教授和行业专家）紧密合作，协助研究团队/初创公司解决技术问题；
- 验证商业化路径，促进技术转移并帮助项目团队成立初创公司。
岗位要求：
- 在以下任一领域拥有博士学位（必须具备）：光电、材料、智能制造、医疗器械、环境工程；
- 有工业工作经验，如技术研发和技术管理经验者优先考虑；
- 精通中文，英文流利，具备出色的口头和书面沟通能力；
- 能够向高级管理层提出清晰简洁的建议；
- 具备批判性思维能力。
