Business Analyst – Investment Management, Business Change
Hybrid/London
Our client, a global investment management firm are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Change Management Team on a permanent basis.
This role will involve evaluating change requirements and developing solution options ensuring process and technology enhancements across the programme and wider landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs
- Develop and refine solution ideas with business, change and technology resources
- Create business cases detailing cost, timeline and resource estimates
- Coordinate and participate in detailed design exercises
- Identify data requirements and enhancements required to the companies enterprise data model.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering formal business projects within private equity, investment management, investment banking or similar financial organisation
- Experience of front, middle and back-office functions, and their requirements
- Experience designing and producing compelling analytical solutions for Investment Professionals using qualitative and quantitative measures
- Knowledge of data architectures, data warehouses, data lakes etc.
