Job Summary


  • Analyze the security events and logs from various sources, such as network devices, servers, applications, and endpoints, using security tools and techniques.
  • Identify any suspicious, malicious, or anomalous activities, such as unauthorized access, data leakage, malware infection, denial of service, or phishing.
  • Respond to security incidents, such as containing, eradicating, recovering, and reporting, in accordance with the incident response plan and procedures.
  • Security assessments and audits, such as scanning, testing, and evaluating the security controls and vulnerabilities of the systems and networks.
  • Implement security solutions and enhancements, such as patching, configuring, updating, and hardening the systems and networks.
  • Maintain security documentation, such as policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, and reports.
  • Train the staff and users on security awareness, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with other security teams, IT teams, vendors, customers, and regulators, to ensure the security and compliance of the organization.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cyber security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in cyber security, network security, or information security.
  • Certification in one or more of the following areas: CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of security principles, frameworks, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO270001, OWASP, and CIS.
  • Proficiency in security tools, technologies, and methodologies, such as firewalls, antivirus, encryption, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, keep up with emerging threats, and adapt to changing environments.
