Role Overview:


They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join their thriving team in London. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in a wide range of contentious matters, from commercial disputes to regulatory investigations. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest legal minds in the industry and contribute to high-profile cases that shape the future of law.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, from inception to resolution, under the guidance of senior partners.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and assist in case preparation and strategy development.
  • Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients across various industries.


Qualifications:


  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in litigation, gained at a reputable law firm.
  • Strong academic background with a law degree from a recognised institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
