Join a leading infrastructure developer on a HS2 as the U&A and Third Party Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring that all relevant commitments and obligations are complied with to achieve the projects objective’s.


You will be required to ensure that the Commitment Compliance Plan is managed in line with HS2 expectation.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, assessment, and negotiation of Undertakings & Assurances (U&As)
  • Maintain an up-to-date register of commitments and oversee compliance
  • Manage individual Commitment Compliance Plans (CCPs) in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on U&As, engage with Consent Granting Bodies, and ensure compliance
  • Support project understanding of U&A requirements and develop mitigations
  • Assist in incorporating U&A milestones into the programme
  • Contribute to and implement best practices for U&As
  • Identify external assistance needs for securing consents
  • Manage general U&A inquiries and collaborate on environmental requirements
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc U&A reports
  • Update U&A processes in the project's Quality Management System
  • Maintain an updated Stakeholder Record Management system
  • Develop and manage the U&A risks and issues log for Senior Leadership reporting



Requirements:

  • Good experience in Project Management and Stakeholder Management
  • Past experience of major construction projects
  • Relevant degree or similar qualification
