Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the private bank.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and support staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, providing personalized wealth management solutions and unparalleled service.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align private banking strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration with other divisions.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including networking activities, client acquisition strategies, and partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in private banking or wealth management leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in managing high net worth client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in finance, business, or related fields
