Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum and school guidelines
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to individual learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to teaching and learning
- Monitor and track students' academic performance and provide necessary interventions for those requiring additional support
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive school culture
- Qualified Physics Teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Physics or related field
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the primary or secondary level
- Deep understanding of the national curriculum and subject-specific pedagogy
- Excellent knowledge of physics concepts and the ability to effectively communicate them to students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Effective classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Dedication to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices
