Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing a small team, inventory, and customer service.
  • We expect you to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • You shall recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • We expect you to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • You will collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • We expect you to maintain high visual merchandising standards in the store, ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively.
  • You shall monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, identifying slow-moving items, and implementing effective replenishment strategies.
  • We expect you to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, proactively addressing any issues or concerns they may have.


Requirements

  • You must have experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
  • You should possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of store associates.
  • You must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • You should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and staff members.
  • You must have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • You should have a keen eye for visual merchandising and be able to create enticing product displays.
  • You must have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
  • You should stay up-to-date with current trends in the fashion and luxury goods industry to provide informed recommendations to customers.
