We have an excellent customer services team, with over 4.8/5 on Feefo for product quality and service. What we needs is YOU to take us to the next level.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strong relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting potential customers, presenting our products and services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining existing accounts. You will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Experience in account management and building customer relationships
- Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in the promotional products or print industry is a plus
