Location: Surrey, 1-2 days a week in office with a mixture of remote working

Salary: Up to £45,000


We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join an award-winning B2B people-first marketing agency that prioritises growth and development of their team members.


This is a very exciting time to join the agency as they are experiencing a significant amount of growth and are looking for a talented individual to join them on the upwards trajectory


The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of SEO experience, 2-3 years of link-building experience, and at least 1+ year of PPC experience.


You will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels.


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for our clients, utilising a variety of channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings
  • Manage PPC campaigns to optimize performance and ROI
  • Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to achieve KPIs
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edge


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years solid SEO experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and PPC
  • 1+ years PPC experience
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
  • 2+ years B2B agency experience is a must
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
