Healthcare Consultant - Contract Opportunity

My client, a boutique strategy consultancy, is currently seeking an individual to join their team as a Healthcare Consultant on a contract basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as an Analyst, Senior Analyst or Consultant, depending on your level of experience. You will be responsible for strategic projects focusing on demand capacity planning, process improvement, and operational efficiency within the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in demand capacity planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on healthcare initiatives.
  • Utilize your expertise to drive positive change and deliver measurable results within healthcare organizations.
  • Ideally, bring experience within the NHS to ensure familiarity with the healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in healthcare consulting, analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated understanding of demand capacity planning and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the NHS system is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
