The Role


As a Backend Integration Lead and highly skilled developer, you will be responsible for building and deploying the integration solution in a digital transformation environment. This role requires experience in resolving and troubleshooting integration issues and building complex integration, to support a major digital transformation programme. The Programme size is approximately 50 resources in an onshore-offshore working model.


Key responsibilities:

  • and deploy of Integration solution in a digital transformation environment.
  • and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • cross-platform optimisation supporting cross functional team.
  • integration plans and artifacts to deliver and support new products and features.
  • with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of applications.
  • and maintain the technical integration design of applications.
  • adherence to Agile and DevOps principles and practices throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.


Your Profile


Key skills/knowledge/experience:

  • in building complex integration using nodejs, net, ms-sql, java, camel, springboot/spring cloud, iis, kafka, elastic stack, ocp and k8s.
  • and skills in server level programming around apis/microservices/memory-management/messaging/event-sourcing.
  • on experience on deploying applications on cloud platform like OCP/PCF.
  • in building application Java, Spring boot and Node, Camel.
  • on experience in building API’s/micro services and Event messaging.
  • Elastic and Kafka.
  • in building application .net, core, MS-SQL, IIS.
  • on experience of version control platforms such as GitHub.
  • on experience writing Unit Tests using frameworks like Jest, JUnit etc.
  • and fix SAST and DAST scans (Checkmark, Aqua, NexusIQ, SonarQube).


Good to have:


Strong troubleshooting skills across the entire application stack.

A sound understanding of architecture principles and best-practice deployment patterns.

Experience of working with client side as well as server-side solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps and CI/CD principles and practices.

Open shift Cloud Platform and Azure Cloud platform exposure is good to have.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
