*Who are we looking for? *

You will be an experienced & ambitious current Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager, in a similar style premium, high-volume restaurant, hotel or gastro pub; most importantly you will be passionate about customer service excellence, hopefully a foodie like us and willing to get stuck in, learn & progress.
