International technology group of scale are looking to hire an Interim Group Reporting Consultant for an initial 6 month period but potentially longer to start asap, to add extra bandwidth and experience to their Group Finance team during a very busy period. Reporting into the finance leadership, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities during this period. During the assignment, the expectation is that you will spend 1 day per week in the Berkshire office (2 great if possible), with the rest able to be delivered remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an experienced layer of support for the group finance team
  • Support activity of existing group finance team to support corporate and annual reporting process
  • Manage and coordinate a variety of distinct group projects, including external audit process and monthly reporting consolidation
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities, for example quarterly reporting to investors


Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong financial and corporate reporting experience, gained in a senior group role
  • Good technical skills, gained in a large business, reporting to PLC standards
  • Hands-on and experienced individual with ability to manage competing deadlines, able to work autonomously
