Graduate Management Trainee

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience with the training and development of a team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge in management strategies, campaign management, client relations, and project coordination.
  • Work closely with senior team members to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative content and materials for marketing campaigns, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Gain exposure to client interactions and contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
