We're seeking enthusiastic professionals like you to contribute to our natural capital, nature-based climate solutions, biodiversity net gain/ benefits and environmental monitoring initiatives. This role offers a blend of project management and technical responsibilities, including ensuring project quality control and collaborating closely with clients to ensure our deliverables not only meet but exceed expectations.

Do you want to:
- Collaborate with a forward-thinking team on impactful projects in ecosystem services, environmental resilience, natural capital, and nature-based solutions?
- Use skills in environmental data analysis, GIS and EO to assist providing tangible evidence
- Manage a diverse range of stimulating projects for both public and private sector clients?
- Contribute to a deeper understanding and documentation of our environment's condition and needs?
- Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial company and contribute to its accelerated growth?
We would like you to have some of the following:
- A strong passion for the natural environment and sustainability, with a knack for problem-solving and negotiation to champion biodiversity.
- Proven experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, managing risks, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- A track record of writing or contributing to high-quality reports.
- At least two years of project and resource management experience.
- A degree (graduate or postgraduate) in ecology, environmental science, or a related field.
- Experience in data modelling using GIS and/or remote sensing techniques.
- A solid understanding of natural capital concepts.
- Knowledge of UK ecology, habitats, and soils.
- Hold, be eligible for, or actively working towards full membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM), or be a Chartered Ecologist and/or Chartered Environmentalist.

The Offer
Join us at Environment Systems where we offer flexible remote working options, with hot desking available at our offices in Aberystwyth, Edinburgh, and Harwell. While a preference is for full-time commitment, we are open to discussing other arrangements (please specify in your cover letter). Salary is competitive on the basis of qualifications and experience, and will form part of a benefits package, including: pension contribution; pro rata 20+ days’ annual leave allowance (plus bank holidays); paid sick leave, death in service benefit.
