Position Summary: As a Sales Executive specialising in the restaurant and café market, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key venues, properties, and businesses across the global sector. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure the seamless delivery of our tailored solutions while identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and deepen relationships with principal accounts in the restaurant and cafe sector, while enhancing satisfaction and securing long-term partnerships.

• Serve as the main day-to-day liaison points for clients, addressing their requirements and queries swiftly and professionally.

• Work in tandem with sales, marketing, and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet client expectations.

• Utilize market data and trends to craft strategies that boost client engagement and revenue growth.

• Compile and present detailed reports on account status, objectives, and projections to stakeholders.

• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with clients' long-term goals.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, or related fields.

• Demonstrated expertise in account management, preferably within the HoReCa industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus.

• Strong capabilities in negotiation and communication.

• Able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently and effectively.
