Situated in the vibrant centre of Central London, this esteemed design studio, celebrated for its innovative and ever-evolving style, is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its team. This role will primarily focus on leading luxury hospitality projects on a global scale.


As a Senior Designer, you will manage complex projects from concept to completion, showcasing a proven history of design excellence and leadership. A successful candidate will bring at least 6 years of experience in delivering top-tier projects, with a significant focus on hospitality. You should be capable of overseeing large-scale projects, effectively leading teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.


On-site experience is a key requirement, allowing you to navigate project logistics and coordinate with other design and construction professionals. Proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is essential, along with expertise in custom FF&E design. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial, as you will be responsible for producing detailed drawing packages, tender documentation, and leading project reviews.


In this senior role, you'll lead project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will also mentor junior designers, guiding them in skill development and project management. A key part of your role will be the ability to conceptualise design ideas and effectively communicate them to clients and team members. Moreover, you will be responsible for finalising detailed designs and making key decisions about materials and finishes to align with project requirements.
