A Tech Company is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team and shape the technical direction of our legal technology products. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our team, ensuring we deliver high-quality software that meets user needs and business objectives. You will also be responsible for establishing a clear technical vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and company goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy for the software development team
  • Guide and mentor engineers in making informed technical decisions
  • Set the bar for engineering excellence by demonstrating exceptional technical skills
  • Hands-on coding and development to implement solutions
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders

Skills:

  • Proven experience in C# and web development
  • Strong proficiency in Blazor and Razor syntax
  • Familiarity with Front End technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ is a plus
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
