We are on the hunt for a superstar who can support, inspire, develop and be our next future Head Chef.

In a Senior Sous Chef, we are looking for:

· A huge appetite for progression and the ambition to be our next Head Chef. We have bespoke leadership courses built for our Senior Sous’ – We are a growing company, we want you to grow with us.

· A keen eye for detail from prep to pass displaying impeccable standards and consistency,

· Confidence in leading a team and thrive in fast-paced service.
