*The Position*

Are you a leader with a proven background in retail sales?

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an individual with retail management experience, or someone with a strong background in bathroom & tile sales looking to take the next step in their career.

Running our showroom facility in *Galashiels, *you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the showroom, ensuring efficiency and meeting the company’s sales and financial goals. You will be a vigorous brand advocate and be able to successfully represent our company’s core values whilst demonstrating excellent leadership qualities.

*Duties will include:*
* Managing and overseeing showroom operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of the showroom.
* Enforcing exceptional customer service, setting criteria for staff and ensuring health & safety compliance.
* Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within agreed levels for the store as well as meeting personal targets.
* Delivering a high standard of administration to reduce errors.
* Supporting the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Demonstrating a positive “can do” approach, creating a positive team atmosphere with a culture of continual improvement.

*As Showroom Manager you will:*
* Lead by example and possess strong leadership skills.
* Have a real passion for excellence.
* Have a proven background in retail sales.
* Have experience and confidence in team management.
* Experience of MS tools

*Salary*

Showroom Manager:
* Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission & Bonus
* On target earnings £45,000.
