Completions Paralegal

Based: Islington, London.

Type: Full-time, permanent, office based.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity within our busy Completions team.

Duties will include dealing and assisting with exchange, completion and post completion work, liaising with clients in person and by telephone, preparing and drafting legal documentation as well as other administration work.

It is essential that you have at least one years' experience of working within a property department. Some enfranchisement experience is preferred but not essential.  

The successful candidate must have very good administrative skills. Applicants must also have excellent IT skills and attention to detail, be a team player and have a genuine attitude of 'no job is too big or too small'.
