Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager, with a strong managerial background. The ASM will be supporting the Store Manager in driving the success of the brand, and will play a key role in leading a team of dedicated sales associates, delivering unparalleled customer service, and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the sales team to ensure exceptional product knowledge and service delivery.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team that reflects the brand's values and ethos.
  • Drive store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to uphold brand standards and enhance the customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized styling advice and cultivating brand loyalty.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize store profitability.
  • Support in executing marketing initiatives and events to drive foot traffic and elevate brand awareness in the local community.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury athleisure or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
