My client is a subsidiary of an international Utility that is one of the top 5 largest in Europe. My client develops, builds, owns, and operates renewable projects.


They are looking to expand their team. They have a co working office based in Central London. The company is around 20 people spread across Europe so there's a lot of flexibility for the right person.


The role:

  • Prepare, execute and steer due diligence processes for investment opportunities
  • Work with the BD team to identify investment/origination opportunities
  • Crucial input for the valuation of investment opportunities and investment decisions.
  • Support/Lead M&A and structuring activities globally
  • Support/Lead the bidding process
  • Support/Lead the negotiation of partnership documentation; Joint Bidding Agreements, Joint development Agreements etc.
  • Collaborate with other entities departments to ensure the successful execution of investment strategies


Requirements:

  • 5+ yrs of experience
  • Experience in M&A, JV agreements
  • Understanding of debt structuring
  • Happy to travel 4 x per year to European off sites with the team
