They seek a talented and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their experienced team. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Salesforce implementation projects for clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, from inception to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce implementation projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team and organisation.


Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Salesforce.com, JIRA, or Microsoft Project.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
