Your Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, updates, and communications.
  2. Communication Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey the fund's investment philosophy, performance updates, and market insights to investors.
  3. Client Servicing: Provide exceptional client service by addressing investor inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new investors.
  4. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and presentations for investor meetings, conferences, and other promotional events. Ensure messaging aligns with the fund's objectives and regulatory requirements.
  5. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide insights to inform investment strategies and enhance investor relations efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in investor relations within the hedge fund or asset management industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
